Brandioz is a platform operated by RB Innovate LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By using Brandioz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Brandioz allows you to analyze websites through an AI lens. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the service in any way including automated scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading the system.
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at rudro@brandioz.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Brandioz is provided as-is without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results. Use the insights as a guide, not as definitive advice.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Brandioz. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, business, or revenue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Brandioz at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including misuse of the service or non-payment of applicable fees.
Certain features of Brandioz may require payment of fees, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms. We do not store your card, UPI, or other payment credentials; these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with applicable data security standards.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method has sufficient funds and for any charges levied by your bank or card issuer.
Except as required by applicable law, fees paid for Brandioz are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a failed transaction, contact us at rudro@brandioz.com with your payment reference ID, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Brandioz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
